About this skin
Carl Mach, a volunteer/mercenary for the Life Foundation, was part of a security force preparing for the Cold War’s fallout. Selected to join a superhuman police force, he was bonded with one of Venom's artificially aged offspring, becoming "Phage" and a Guardian for the utopia the Life Foundation envisioned.
